Therefore, the company has collaborated with HGMSDS (Changzhou Compliance Siyuan Product Safety Technology Service Co., Ltd)——an institution that specializes in compliant development in the chemistry field, to launch a live broadcast on the theme of "Hazardous Chemical Storage Compliance Management" at 3pm on April 26th.

And we invited Yang Shuangxi, who is the deputy general manager of the central China warehouse packaging business department of Milkyway as the speaker of this live broadcast. He has once participated in the revision of the national standard GB15603 ‘General Rules for the Storage of Hazardous Chemicals’. This live broadcast aims to help everyone establish a comprehensive understanding of the importance of compliance management for hazardous chemical storage through the analysis and sharing of basic knowledge, regulatory provisions, typical cases, and practical experience, and apply it to future practical management work.

杨双喜，硕士学历，应用化学专业，注册安全工程师，从事化工安全管理15余年，曾参与GB15603《危险化学品储存通则》的修订、受邀CWSAS（仓储评估体系）审核员讲师等工作。2018年加入密尔克卫，现任仓储分装事业部副总经理。

Yang Shuangxi holds a master's degree in Applied Chemistry. He is a registered safety engineer, and has been engaged in chemical safety management for more than 15 years. He has participated in the revision of GB15603 "General Rules for the Storage of Hazardous Chemicals" and has been invited as a CWSAS (Warehouse Assessment System) auditor lecturer. He joined Milkyway in 2018 and currently serves as the deputy general manager of the warehousing and packaging business department.

Q1:企业现场使用的危险化学品品种多、数量少，使用量不大，所以都是放在现场使用的，必须设置专门的仓库吗？

A1：按照GB50016建规的要求，在生产装置区域可以设置临时的原料暂存区，用于生产需要，但对于暂存区的物料需确保仅“临时储存”。

A1: According to the requirements of GB50016 construction regulations, temporary raw material storage areas can be set up in the production unit area for production needs, but for materials in the temporary storage area, it is necessary to ensure that only "temporary storage" is available.

Q2: GB15603标准所指危险品是列入危化品目录的，也包括符合判定原则的吗？

A2: GB15603标准明确的“危险化学品”与1995版本的“化学危险品”有一定的区别，新版标准基于标准的互联性，其引用的“危险化学品”与2015版《危险化学品目录》一致，根据2015版《危险化学品目录》的危险化学品定义理解，GB15603中的危险化学品除了列入目录中列明的，包含符合判定原则的所有危险化学品。

Q2: Is the hazardous material referred to in GB15603 included in the hazardous chemical catalog, and does it also include those that comply with the judgment principles?

A2: There is a certain difference between the "hazardous chemicals" clearly defined in the GB15603 standard and the "chemical hazardous materials" in the 1995 version. The new version of the standard is based on the interconnectivity of the standard, and the "hazardous chemicals" referenced in it are consistent with the 2015 version of the list of hazardous chemicals. According to the definition of hazardous chemicals in the 2015 version, it is understood that the hazardous chemicals in GB15603 include all hazardous chemicals that comply with the judgment principles, except for those listed in the list.

Q3: 危险品出入库前暂存区域有什么规定吗？比如数量，时长等。

A3：暂存区域对于货物的存放是时间限制，最长不得超过24小时，数量上需满足五距要求。

Q3: Are there any regulations for the temporary storage area of hazardous materials before entering or leaving the warehouse? For example, quantity, duration, etc.

A3: The temporary storage area has a time limit for the storage of goods, which cannot exceed 24 hours. The quantity must meet the five distance requirement.
