Dell完成对EMC收购，VMware将继续独立运行

科技快报讯 今天，戴尔正式完成了对EMC的收购，同时也成立了全新的Dell Technology公司。这场收购最令人关注的还是EMC旗下还有多家非常有名的企业，期中包括了著名的VMware公司。(小编注：VMware是全球桌面到数据中心虚拟化解决方案的领导厂商）而就在刚才VMware向所有用户通过邮件的形式公布了在此次收购后的安排。

在邮件中，VMware也表达了对于Dell+EMC强强联手模式的期待，同时也解答了大家最关注的问题：合并后VMware将会如何运行？在邮件中，VMware的首席执行官Pat Gelsinger表示它将仍然以一个独立的上市公司存在。“我们将会独立与Dell Technology运行”。同时，他也强调了VMware的主要目标仍然保持不变：“（我们将会）给你，我们的顾客们最好的云服务、管理、安全、链接软件来创造最高的价值”。在邮件最后Pat表示VMware会继续坚持创新的原则和世界领先的服务和支持水平来助你成功。
